Form I-693 is the USCIS Immigration Medical Examination required for applicants applying for Adjustment of Status (Green Card) in the United States.

Same-day sealed Form I693 is available only when all required labs, vaccines and documentation are completed in advance and Express requirement are met.

The I-693 exam fee is self-pay and covers physician services and completion of Form I-693.
