Payment & Insurance (Express I-693)

We do not accept private insurance for immigration medical exams (Form I-693).
Immigration medical exams are self-pay only per USCIS guidelines.
Payment is required prior to scheduling the Express I-693 service
We accept cash and major credit cards.
No personal checks accepted.

Important Insurance Note:

While the immigration medical exam itself is self-pay, your health insurance may be used separately for:

Required laboratory testing (at approved laboratories, such as Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp)
Required vaccinations (at participating pharmacies or clinics)

Insurance coverage for labs and vaccines is subject to your individual plan and is handled directly with the laboratory or pharmacy

How the Process Works

1. Nationwide Virtual Intake & Medical Review

Patients begin with a secure virtual intake, available nationwide.

This step allows us to:

Complete demographic and medical history intake
Upload passport/ID and prior vaccination records
Review vaccination history and identify missing requirements
Provide guidance on which vaccines or labs may be needed

This virtual review is available for:

Patients planning to complete their exam with our office
Patients seeking a pre-exam consultation before visiting different USCIS Civil Surgeon in their area
This service helps applicants avoid delays, unnecessary repeat visits, and unexpected vaccine or lab requirements.

2. Payment & Scheduling ( Express Only)

Select the Express I-693 immigration Medical exam
Payment is required to confirm and schedule your appointment
Virtual visit is scheduled after payment and intake completion
Express services includes priority review and scheduling

3. In-Office Visit (If Completing Exam With Us)

Physical examination by USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon
Required laboratory testing and vaccinations if needed
Final verification of USCIS requirements

I-693 Completion

Form I-693 completed and signed by the Civil Surgeon
USCIS-sealed envelope provided upon completion
Expedited or same-day options available when eligible
